How we handle your details.

This notice explains what personal data Aakriti Associates collects through this website, why, and the rights you have under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Last updated 9 October 2026.

01Who we are

Aakriti Associates (the “Data Fiduciary”), the architecture practice of Ar. K. P. Sahu, Street No. 6, in front of SBI (near Matrichhaya Hospital), Krishna Talkies Road, Ashish Nagar, Risali Road, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh 490006.

02What we collect

Only what you choose to give us:

  • Project enquiry form: name, phone number, project type, location, plot size and the description you write.
  • Student application form: name, phone number, college, year of study, kind of placement, duration, availability, portfolio link and what you write about yourself.
  • WhatsApp, phone or email: whatever you send us directly.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies to profile you. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; student applicants confirm they are 18 or older.

03Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a consultation, quotation or design brief.
  • To review a student application and arrange an internship or training.
  • To keep records required by law, if we go on to work together.

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on each form. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

04How your data travels

This website does not store or send your form details to any server. When you press “Send on WhatsApp”, your browser opens WhatsApp with your message filled in; it reaches us only if you send it there. WhatsApp (Meta) handles that message under its own privacy policy.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, uses Google Fonts and shows a Google Maps embed; these providers may receive your IP address as part of loading the page.

05How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and application conversations only as long as needed for the purpose above. If we do not go on to work together, we delete them within 12 months. Project records are kept as long as the law requires.

06Your rights

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
  • Ask us to correct, complete or update it.
  • Ask us to erase it, once it is no longer needed.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time. This is as easy as giving it: just message or email us.
  • Nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to.

Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

07Grievances

Write to our grievance contact, Ar. K. P. Sahu, at [email protected] or WhatsApp +91 93297 33234. We will reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
